I have a range of products that would be perfect for an MLM Business & want to setup a company structure for it in the USA or anywhere else that would be suitable?

Can anyone help me with the how much it costs in the USA or "anywhere else"?

I have to agree with a previous answer. This is probably not the best place to get information about how much it costs to start a MLM business. You would be better off starting to work on your actual business model. If you are at a loss as to how to start it, you might want to try contacting some people in the industry. A good place to start would be a place like Npros.com which has a list of the majority of MLM companies out there. Try to contact some people in a non competing industry and see if you can speak with them. You also will probably want to find a good attorney who deals with MLM companies specifically. You do not want just any lawyer, you need one who knows how this business operates.

i want to join some MLM business that with very less investment and more payout. which the best for it.

The Internet is the best place to do your research. You can do it in your own time from the comfort of your own home or from cyber cafes that are sprinkled all over the country’s suburbs. Why not "Google it" and find out what the network marketing world has in store for you.

You may put in selective words into "Google Search" that may be of interest to you such as:

* network marketing
* network marketing malaysia
* network marketing home based business
* mlm in malaysia

Google will be able to throw up results on your screen pertaining to your search. All you need to do is then contact the person and ask a few questions via email to start the ball rolling.

If you have heard of a specific company that you are interested in then all you need to do is type the name of that company into the search field and get some results. With so many in the market today it is maybe wise to be at the ground floor level of a company’s launch so you can benefit from the massive insurgence of interest.

Also telling the interviewee that they if you do job XXX that is fine, but they would like for you to do the MLM as well? Basically using a job as leverage to sign up with the MLM.

I don’t know about illegal but it is certainly unethical and if this person is working for a larger company (i.e. they are not one of the owners of the company that is interviewing you) then they could probably be fired for doing that. It is one of the worst misuses of interviewing that I have ever heard. If you don’t get the job, try to figure out who is higher in the company than this bozo and report him.

I want to be able to convince those that think MLM’s are not pyramid schemes. They have a bad reputation because of them. So what do you know about them?

I know that they are the same thing. You could call them frings and frangs and they’d still be pyramid schemes. As soon as you need more and more people to keep it going, it’s a pyramid scheme. And that’s why you have trouble convincing people with half a brain that they’re not. And that’s why they have bad reputations.

What are the conditions that a company must fulfill so that it may be regarded as a good MLM company?

Most MLM’s are a scam, be careful.

I have to ask this question because I am opened mind and I know I will have a lot of answers so please be specific, I am trying to get into the MLM but I am not sure what will be the best so if you please be so kind and tell me why your MLM is the best and what are your results I will appreciate it. Thank you.. I for sure will choose one to star helping people and making money.

Hello,

I came across an opportunity that seems to have so much potential. What excites me about this opportunity is that it involves something that millions of people use everyday and pay for every single month. To me this was exciting because it meant promoting something that would not be an new monthly bill and, at the same time, I could possibly save people money. I’m referring to the cell phone business. Even in a down economy, they are as popular as ever. There is really too much information to post here but if you visit the website, be sure to look at these things:

1. The 3 low cost options you have for joining (it would make sense to start with the lowest cost package unless you are bringing in a huge down-line with you…the company gives you the option to upgrade later which would make sense once your business has grown past a certain point)

2. The other products that you can promote if you like (personally, I am primarily interested in the cell phone aspect of the business)

3. The cell phone plans and costs (also, no contracts, no credit checks, no deposits)

4. The compensation plan (There are 5 ways to get paid. I like them all but the commissions from retail sales and the payout from the 3 X 9 forced matrix excited me the most)

5. The 3 X 9 forced matrix concept (I like the idea of people sponsored by someone above me falling into my down-line…helping me to fill up my matrix)

As far as how I have done in this company…I am just getting started. In fact, the cell phone product is actually a new offering from this company. It was just launched within the last week or so and there is still much more to come such as more phones to choose from and cell phone accessories as well.

This should be enough info to get you started with your evaluation…please let me know if you have other questions. Thank you for taking the time to review the information and, whether it’s this opportunity or something else, I hope you find what you’re looking for.

I am new to network marketing. The company I’m with is well established and on the NYSE. I just figured I would reach out to you all and see if someone could give me any tips. I would love to hear your story.

Elizabeth,

You’re about to discover just how may ‘experts’ there are on network marketing.

Some of the advice you’ve already been given is sound. Some of it not so sound.

I do my 90% of my business online. I simply don’t have time to wade through hundreds of people that are not interested in what I offer to find one or 2. That’s a game no one can win… Not in one lifetime anyway.

Here’s some information that may help you get started out the right way.

Best of Luck to you!

Just to make it clear. I feel this way because they focus mainly on recruiting others (sponsoring) and on residual income. That is exactly what MLM companies focus on. It aounds like a complete pyramid scam.

I have been a part of the Exit Realty system for three years now and I can say that the "Exit Formula" is 100 percent legal and NOT a scam. Admittedly, I have seen some agents taking the whole sponsoring thing to the extreme, and that could cause a bad impression, but that does NOT speak for the validity of Exit. In a nutshell here is the deal. I hate to make this long, but I want to be sure the information is CLEAR!

(1) Exit Realty is a 10 year old, legitimate and respected real estate brokerage franchise. Just like ReMax, C21 or Keller Williams (which also has a residual component, but not as profitable as Exit), and licensed all over the USA. It’s tough to be a "scam" and still hold your brokerage licenses!

(2) Agents start out with a 70 / 30 split with the broker, and when the agent’s gross commissions hit 100K, the split then goes to 90 / 10 (with the broker keeping 10 percent). There are no "desk fees" or "admin fees". It’s a clean compensation plan for the agents

But there is the "residual component"

(3) IF an agent "sponsors" another agent into Exit Realty (with any Exit Brokerage in the US or Canada), the COMPANY will pay the "sponsor" a residual on the business created by the sponsored agent. This residual payment comes from the BROKER’S CUT … not the sponsored agent.

The "full time" recruiting agent gets 10% of the gross sales commission of recruits - OR
The "retired" recruiting agent gets 7% of the gross sales commission of recruits - OR
The heirs of a deceased recruiting agent gets 5% of the gross commission of recruits.

(All with a MAXIMUM of $10,000 per year … when the recruited agent hits the 90% commission level)

Last year I generated (part time) $20,000 in commissions from a few listings that I sold. BUT I also earned another $4500 from another agent that I sponsored into Exit (in another office) who LOVES the basic compensation plan with the brokerage.

This is not a scam or ponzi scheme - it’s a system where the company legally rewards agents for helping to grow the Exit brand.

Sorry for the long post, but if you have any other questions feel free to contact me via my Yahoo Answers Profile.
